Account Registration & Security

- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. bat888 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
- Deposits are credited to your bat888 account in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business hour to reflect depending on the originating institution.
- bat888 reserves the right to return a deposit and request alternative payment documentation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit originates from an unauthorised source.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. Where this is not possible, bat888 may request alternative verification before processing.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
- bat888 may place a withdrawal on hold for up to 48 hours for security review or pending KYC completion. Users will be notified via email if a withdrawal is held.
- bat888 does not accept or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The receiving account must match the name on the bat888 account.
All transactions on bat888 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If you initiate a transaction in a foreign currency, your payment provider will apply their prevailing exchange rate. bat888 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party financial institutions. bat888 does not offer currency conversion services.
Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term will prevail.
General Bonus Conditions

Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the bat888 platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and crash/instant-win games. Specific game rules for individual titles are accessible within the respective game interfaces and form part of these terms by reference.
Sports Betting
- All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. bat888 does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or odds level.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to technical availability. bat888 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time, including during a live event, without prior notice.
- Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or void, bat888's settlement rules for that specific sport will apply. In general, settled bets will stand unless the event does not commence within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, in which case all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
- bat888 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet where there is evidence of price errors, technical faults, or irregular betting patterns suggestive of match-fixing or arbitrage.
- Cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures is subject to the published cricket-specific settlement rules available in the sportsbook help section.
Casino & Slots
- All casino games offered on bat888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating any fraudulent payment, chargeback, or payment reversal in relation to deposits made to bat888. Any user who initiates an unjustified chargeback will be liable for the full value of the disputed amount plus any associated administrative costs incurred by bat888.
- Money Laundering: Using the bat888 platform in any way to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh. bat888 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to suspicious activity reports.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bat888 bonuses or promotional offers through systematic wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, including through the use of low-risk or hedged betting strategies in conjunction with bonus funds.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one bat888 account, whether personally or through associates, family members, or third parties, for any purpose including the purpose of claiming multiple first-deposit bonuses.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including through chip-dumping in poker, coordinated crash game strategies, or any other form of collusion.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, AI tools, or any other automated means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features without manual user input.
- Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bat888's systems, databases, or administrative functions. Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from exploiting a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
- Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive communications towards bat888 staff or other platform users via any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
Account Closure & Suspension
Either the user or bat888 may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.
Voluntary Closure by User
If you wish to close your bat888 account voluntarily, please contact the support team at [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closing your account, any verified real-funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to the standard withdrawal process. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion
Users who feel that gambling is becoming a concern may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and can range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Closure by bat888
bat888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where bat888 closes an account due to a user's breach of these terms, any real-funds balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, bat888 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full. Where no breach is ultimately confirmed, the verified real-funds balance (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the user's last registered payment method.

Nothing in these terms limits bat888's liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
